Sculling Programs for Rowers with Experience
Adult Individual Learn-To-Scull (for existing members with some previous rowing experience) $140
This program is for existing members of LGRC who have previous rowing experience, as well as recent graduates of the learn-to-row program, who now want to learn to scull. Private Sculling Lessons: $50/hr or $225 for pack of 5 lessons for singles/sculls. Also available for doubles and quads (pricing to be determined by Director of Rowing)
Instruction by qualified coaches is available for members wanting to improve their sculling skills. Video taping may be utilized as part of the lesson as appropriate. Click -Private Sculling Lessons - for more information and sign-up instructions.
Masters Sculling Checkout: No-charge to members
Anyone using LGRC sculling equipment must be checked-out by an authorized club representative. Checkout can be done by scheduling an evaluation with an authorized sculling checkout volunteer, as part of a coached program, or during a private lesson.
Recreational Rowing: No-charge to members.
These periodic non-coached programs allow members to row recreationally and/or competitively. Crews must reserve their equipment in advance for times that do not conflict with coached programs. Rowers must have taken the new-rower class or have previous rowing experience.
