Middle School Program I (MSPI) Information & Registration
Qualification: Grades 6 - 8, No previous experience required
Dates: Monday, March 13, 2017 - Monday, May 15, 2017
Schedule: Mondays & Fridays, 4pm - 6pm,.

Designed to introduce the sport of rowing to middle school students. Athletes will experience what it is like to be a junior rower. Training will include learning erg technique (stationary rowing machine), fitness circuits and on-the-water technical training.
No uniform or travel requirement although rowers may want to see our junior rowers in action! A calendar of events including local regattas LGRC will compete in will be posted on the website.
All Middle School Athletes are invited to attend our end of the year banquet at Villa Ragusa the evening of May 19th. Banquet details will be available in April. The fee for athletes to attend the banquet is included in the program fee.
