Adults age 18 and older, with 2 hours of rowing experience (Prereq: Taste of Rowing/Introduction to Rowing).

Program Description
|
Learn the fundamentals of sweep rowing (each rower has one oar). These sessions will focus on the mechanics of the rowing machine on land, followed by instruction on the water in a rowing shell.
Participants must be able to swim (a swim waiver is required), and lift 30 pounds overhead. Please bring a signed Swim Waiver and 2022 US Rowing Waiver to the first meeting if you have not provided us with this information previously.
