This Competitive Masters Spring/Summer program focuses on preparing crews to compete at Fall Head Race Regattas All lineups and coaching will be dictated by Coach Carrie

Program Description
|
The focus of the program will be on developing fitness and technique for the Fall Regattas. A portion of the program will include land training on the rowing ergometer to develop fitness and strength. The program may also include selection for lineups for upcoming regattas.
1. Head of the Port (Oct. 3) Depending on Golden Mussel Restrictions
2. Head of the American (Oct. 24)
3. Head of the Lagoon (Nov. 7)

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 5:30 -7:30am. Sunday from 5:30 - 7:45 am.
