This Advanced Masters Spring/Summer Co-ed Program is for developing technique. All lineups and coaching will be dictated by Coach Marc

Program Description
|
The program will focus on developing rowing technique in preparation for Fall Regattas. A significant portion of the sessions will emphasize skill development and rowing efficiency, including some ergometer (ERG) work to reinforce technical progress. Land-based training will also be incorporated to improve flexibility and build strength. Participation in Fall Head races may be considered based on interest from session participants, though racing is not required.
Fall Regattas are:
1. Head of the Port (Oct. 3) Depending on Golden Mussel Restrictions
2. Head of the American (Oct. 24)
3. Head of the Lagoon (Nov. 7)
