For the large right hand image, right click the image and select "replace image". A popup will display with instructions on how to upload or select an image.
To replace the text in the right hand column, select and type over existing text. Please do not paste from word. If you must paste, please paste from a plain text editor like Notepad. Formatting in rich text editors may destroy existing formatting or responsiveness.

For the links in the left hand column: To add a link click below existing links and use the linkbuilder tool in the toolbar. Make sure you select link type "text" in the linkbuilder. To delete a link, highlight an existing link and press the delete key. You may also replace existing links by right clicking and selecting "Replace" link from the context popup.
To highlight a link, enter the link position in the "sidebar item to highlight" table below. If the link is the first 1, type 1. If the link you want to highlight is third, type 3
The red border indicates the Read More / Read Less section. Text in this section will be hidden or shown as the read more/read less button is pressed.

Novice Registration-Spring 2021

Registration for the Novice Men's and Women's Programs is now open. Novice's are high school aged athletes in their first year of rowing.
- Registration, Payment, and all forms are due by before your athlete can participate.
-The Program Fee for the Spring 2021 season is $2050 if you particpated in the Fall of 2020 Novice Program due on January 3, 2021.

1. Renew your LGRC Membership:
This membership is free for junior members and is the equivalent of an online profile on our website www.lgrc.org. You will need to confirm and update the athlete's contact and emergency info in their online profile. To renew membership and review your online profile go to:

The member is the ATHLETE, not the Parent! Follow the steps and enter the required information. Make sure the info is correct or else we may have difficulty contacting you if needed.

2.. Join the Novice Squad by signing into the website under the junior athletes profile. Click on the appropriate button below:

Regular Program Registration:

Novice Women’s Registration -

3. US Rowing Membership and Waiver -
All LGRC juniors must be up to date with their USRowing Basic Membership and must have signed a 2021 USRowing Online Waiver.

4. Medical Forms (Unless you submitted forms in the Fall of 2020):
Complete the attached Required Medical Forms and turn them in by January 4, 2021. We understand that due to Covid-19, it may be difficult to get a physical examintation. Please turn in the other forms and try to schedule a physical exam as soon as possible. The forms can be dropped off at the boathouse Monday - Friday, from 1 - 3pm . 5. Junior Code of Conduct Forms (Unless you submitted forms in the Fall of 2020):
Please fill out the two documents below and turn them in by January 4, 2021.
