This Competitive/ Advanced Masters Co-ed Program is for preparing for the San Diego Crew Classic and Spring/summer racing season. All lineups and coaching will be dictated by Coaches Rudy and Marc

Program Description
|
The focus of the program will be on developing fitness and technique for San Diego Crew Classic and the Spring/ Summer Regattas. A significant portion of the program will include land training on the rowing ergometer to develop fitness and strength. The program may also include selection for lineups for San Diego Crew Classic.

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 5:30 -7:30am. Sunday from 6 - 8am.
