Adult Learn to Row

Rowing is a full-body workout, a mental reset, and a powerful way to connect with others on the water. At Los Gatos Rowing Club, adults of all ages and experience levels are welcome to learn, grow, and be part of a supportive community. Whether you’re looking to try something new, get active outdoors, or build a new routine, our Adult Learn to Row programs are designed to meet you where you are.

Why Rowing
  • Low-impact, full-body fitness
  • Builds strength, endurance, and coordination
  • Time on the water in a team setting
  • Welcoming, community-driven environment
Getting Started

We recommend starting with Intro to Rowing before joining Learn to Row, but it’s not required. Many participants choose the path that best fits their schedule and goals.
