2021 Competitive Women's Masters Winter Program

This program is for Masters Women who have been selected by Coach Holly. All participants must be current members and have paid all regatta fees and membership dues prior to participating in the program.

Program Description
|
This program is intended to prepare experienced rowers for Spring/Summer Racing Season. Rowers must meet performance standards and be selected by Coach Holly to participate in the program. Athletes will row three days a week in singles and do one extra provided land workout on their own.

Tuesday and Friday, 5:30-7:30am, and Sunday from 6-8am.
