Participants:

- Athletes must be entering the 7th grade or 8th in the Fall of 2021.
- Rowers have completed a Summer Junior Learn to Row Camp or previous Middle-School Rowing Program.

Program
Description:
|
This camp will continue to focus developing the basic rowing skills of the athletes, by building fitness, and developing technical abilities. Athletes will engage in both coached water time and fitness training each week. The program will be led by the LGRC Coaching Staff. Each coach will be responsible for 3-4 athletes per water session. Athletes will train in multi-person boats and must provide a negative Covid-19 PCR Test prior to starting the program and the on the 15th and 1st of each month.
