Masters Summer Large Group Team Boat Rowing Program

Target Audience

This program is for Masters Women and Men that have traditionally rowed in the Competitive and Advanced Coach Programs that seek to move into team boats. All lineups and coaching will be dictated by Coach Holly.

Program Description
|
The focus of the program will be on rowing in larger team boats (8s, 4+s, 4x), but will still utilize some smaller boats as dictated by Coach Holly and when necessary. Athletes will row on the water three days a week and do one extra provided land workout on their own. All athletes must provide proof that they have been vaccinated and completed the two week waiting period.
