Target Audience
|
Rowers who have completed the LGRC Learn-to-Row program or have previous rowing experience at the beginner/novice level.
*Note:All participants must be current with membership registration and dues, as well have paid all previous regatta fees.

| Program Description |
This program is intended to further develop technique and conditioning of rowers who have been newly introduced to the sport in team boats. Participants will row in boats and lineups as dictated by the Coach Brittany and have three on water sessions per week. Coach Brittany may provide an additional land workout for their athletes or a virtual meeting/coaching session. All participants must have been fully vaccinated and completed the two week waiting period to be able to participate.

Monday, Thursday and Saturday - 5:30 - 7:30 am (times will vary).

$100 for current members; $125 for Learn to Row Graduates - Trial
