NOVICE MASTERS JANUARY/FEBRUARY PROGRAM

*Note: All participants must be current with membership registration and dues, as well have paid all previous regatta fees.

| Program Description |
This program is intended to further develop technique and conditioning of rowers who have been newly introduced to the sport. Participants will row in team boats. Coaches Brittany and Mandy may provide an additional land workout for their athletes or a virtual meeting/coaching session.
