About this event

Competitive Masters Spring/Summer 2024 Program

Target Audience

The Competitive Masters Co-ed Program is for preparing for the spring/summer racing season.  All lineups and coaching will be dictated by Coaches Rudy and Jaime

Program Description

The focus of the program will be on developing lineups for the Spring/Summer Masters Race Season.

Qualifications to be an athlete in the group:

1)  1,000m erg (Submit 1k time)
2) Technical Ability and Competitiveness Evaluation: Determined by Coaching Staff

We plan on attending the following Regattas:

We plan on sending crews to following Spring/Summer Regattas:

1.   April 28 - Boats Without Barriers

2.   June 2 - River City Rebellion

3.   June 21 - Masters NW Regionals (there may be an issue finding housing) Do we want to go??

4.   Summer Berries – Date TBD

If Pacific Rowing Club hosts a summer regatta, we will most likely attend. Gold Rush has been canceled for 2024 but may return in the future. I am against sending crews to Masters SW Regionals because the water is infested with QZM resulting in a 30 day quarantine for the boats when they return from the regatta.
