Competitive Masters SDCC Program

Target Audience	This Competitive Masters SDCC Co-ed Program is for preparing for the San Diego Crew Classic and Spring/summer racing season. All lineups and coaching will be dictated by Coach Rudy
Program Description	The focus of the program will be on developing fitness and technique for San Diego Crew Classic and the Spring/ Summer Regattas. A significant portion of the program will include land training on the rowing ergometer to develop fitness and strength. The program may also include selection for lineups for San Diego Crew Classic.
Date	February 2 - March 26 (30 sessions)
Schedule	Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 5:30 -7:30am. Sunday from 6 - 8am.
Coach	Coach Rudy
Fee	360; Online registration only, via website Event Calendar (must log-in to register). All participants must be current members and have paid all regatta fees and membership dues prior to participating in the program.
