Program Description |
The Masters Sculling Program is a co-ed program designed to give rowers the opportunity to row in smaller boats (quads, doubles, singles). While practices are less focused on racing, the goal of the program is to help rowers improve their technique and build endurance. Practices mostly encompass steady-state rowing to allow rowers time and energy to focus on their technique. Rowers can also practice towards bow certification in sculling boats.
Rowers participating in the Advanced Sweep Program and Competitive Sweep Program are able to participate in the Sculling Program alongside their current program as extra practice/conditioning.
