This Competitive Masters January Co-ed Program is for preparing for the Spring/summer racing season. All lineups and coaching will be dictated by Coach Rudy

Program Description
|
The focus of the program will be on developing fitness and technique for Spring/ Summer Regattas. A significant portion of the program will include land training on the rowing ergometer to develop fitness and strength. The program may also include selection for lineups for upcoming regattas.

Schedule
|
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 5:30 -7:30am. Sunday from 5:45 - 7:45 am.
