Program Description
|
The program will focus on developing rowing technique in preparation for Spring/Sprint Regattas. A significant portion of the sessions will emphasize skill development and rowing efficiency, including some ergometer (ERG) work to reinforce technical progress. Land-based training will also be incorporated to improve flexibility and build strength. Participation in Spring Sprint races may be considered based on interest from session participants, though racing is not required.
