LGRC's youth program is supported by parent volunteers and cannot operate effectively without a strong commitment from the athlete's family.
A minimum of 10 hours of volunteering is required from each athlete's family.
Parent's can sign up to chaperone at away regattas, work in the Hospitality Tent, serve on an LGRC Committee, etc. A list of approved volunteer opportunities will be published for parents to choose from. All volunteers are required to complete a Safesport Training to be able to volunteer for the club.

Junior Volunteer Hours Buyout
Incomplete hours will be billed at $25 per hour prior to the end of the Junior Year Banquet. Payment must be received before an athlete will be allowed to register for any further events (junior banquet, summer camps, select regattas) until payment has been made.
