Program
Description:

This camp will focus on preparing the athletes to compete in the 2021-2022 Varsity Season, by building fitness, and developing technical abilities. Athletes will engage in both coached water time and fitness land training each week. The program will be led by the LGRC Coaching Staff.Athletes will train in sweep and sculling boats. Athletes will be required to be vaccinated or submit a negative Covid-19 PCR Test result prior to starting the program and on the 1st and 15th of each month.
