Novice Summer Development Rowing Program - 2021
LGRC Boathouse • Lexington Reservoir

Participants:
  • Ages 13-17 (must be entering the 9th grade or above in the Fall of 2020).
  • Rowers have completed a Summer Junior Learn to Row Camp or the Middle-School Rowing Program.

Program
Description:

This camp will focus on preparing the athletes for their Novice season, by building fitness, and developing technical abilities.  Athletes will engage in both coached water time and fitness training each week. The program will be led by the LGRC Coaching Staff. Athletes will train in multi-person boats.  Athletes will have to provide proof of vaccination or a negative Covid-19 PCR Test within three days of the start of the program and subsequent results on the 1st and 15th of each month.
