Participants	Adults age 18 and older with no prior rowing experience.
Program Description	Learn the fundamentals of sweep rowing (each rower has one oar). Each 1.5 hour session includes a half hour introduction to rowing mechanics on the rowing machine on land, followed by an hour on the rowing barge on the water. Participants must be able to swim (a swim waiver is required), and lift 30 lbs overhead, and provide a negative Covid-19 PCR test result from a test taken on the 12th, 13th or 14th, or proof of vaccination. Please bring a signed Swim Waiver and USRowing Waiver to the first meeting.
