This is open to those who have taken and completed our 2022 Intro to Rowing Class in April or May. 


Program Description
Learn the fundamentals of sweep rowing (each rower has one oar). Each 3 hour session includes introduction to rowing mechanics on the rowing machine on land, followed by instruction on the water in a rowing shell.  

Rowers must attend and complete both days of class to move into the trial period for the Novice program.

Participants must be able to swim (a swim waiver is required), and lift 30 pounds overhead, and provide a negative Covid-19 PCR test result from a test taken within three days, or proof of vaccination.
