NOVICE MASTERS May/June PROGRAM

Target Audience

Rowers who have completed the Fall Novice Masters Program

*Note:All participants must be current with membership registration and dues, as well have paid all previous regatta fees.
Program Description
This program is intended to further develop technique and conditioning of rowers who have been newly introduced to the sport. Participants will row in team boats. Coaches Brittany and Keith may  provide an additional land workout for their athletes or a virtual meeting/coaching session. All athletes must be fully vaccinated.

Dates
May 24 - June 16

Schedule

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 5:30-7:30am (times will vary).
