Junior Learn To Row Summer High School Camp 1

Beginner rowers, male and female, entering 6th-12th grade. No prior experience necessary.

Program Description

Our week-long camps are designed to introduce athletes entering the 7th-12th grade to the sport of rowing. This camp will run from 9AM - Noon Monday through Friday. Athletes will row in multi-person boats.

Participants are expected to be energetic and bring a positive attitude. Athletes will be interacting with a variety of other athletes, coaches, and staff and should be intent on learning the basics of the sport and having a great time!

For high school athletes looking for something new, this coed camp is a great way to find out if rowing might be a good fit.  There will be 1-3 coaches per program.

The cost is $350 per week.  Camp fee includes an LGRC Learn To Row T-shirt.  At the conclusion of the camp, athletes are encouraged to sign up for the Novice Summer Development Rowing Program which runs from July 10 - August 3.
