NOVICE MASTERS MARCH PROGRAM

Target Audience	*Note: All participants must be current with membership registration and dues, as well have paid all previous regatta fees.
Program Description	This program is intended to further develop technique and conditioning of rowers who have been newly introduced to the sport. Participants will row in team boats. Coaches Brittany and Keith may provide an additional land workout for their athletes or a virtual meeting/coaching sessio
Date	March 2-23 (10 sessions
Schedule	Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 5:30-7:30am (times will vary).
