Summer Middle School Camp- 2023
LGRC Boathouse • Lexington Reservoir

Participants:
  • Athletes must be entering the 6th, 7th and 8th grades in the Fall of 2023. Athletes born in 2010 are encouraged to register for the Competitive Novice Development Camp.
  • Rowers have completed a Summer Junior Learn to Row Camp or the Middle-School Rowing Program.
  • Registration will be open throughout the summer

Program
Description:

Athletes will continue to develop their rowing skills on the water and general fitness training each week. The program will be led by the LGRC Coaching Staff.  Each coach will be responsible for 8-12 athletes per water session.  Athletes will train in sweep and sculling boats to include 1x’s, 2x’s, 4x’s, 2-‘s, 4+’s and 8’s.

Dates & Schedule:
  • June 27 - August 10. (6 weeks, 18 sessions)
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 1:30 - 4:00PM
