Competitive Masters Fall 2023 Program

Target Audience	The Competitive Masters Co-ed Program is for preparing for the Fall Head racing season. All lineups and coaching will be dictated by Coach Jaime
Program Description	The focus of the program will be on developing lineups for the Fall Masters Head Race Season. Qualifications to be an athlete in my group: 1) 1,000m erg (Submit 1k time) 2) Technical Ability and Competitiveness Evaluation: Determined by Coaching Staff We plan on attending the following Fall Head races: Oct 8- Head of the Port Oct 20-22 - Head of the Charles (Select Boat) Oct 28- Head of the American Nov 11- Head of the Lagoon. Date	September 6 - Nov 14 (10 weeks, 32 sessions)
Schedule	Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 5:30 -7:30am. Saturday from 5:30 - 7:30 am.

Fee	480; Online registration only, via website Event Calendar (must log-in to register). All participants must be current members and have paid all regatta fees and membership dues prior to participating in the program.
