Advanced Masters Fall 2023 Program

Target Audience	The Advanced Masters Co-ed Program is for preparing for the Fall Head racing season. All lineups and coaching will be dictated by Coaches Jaime and Marc
Program Description	The focus of the program will be on developing lineups for the Fall Masters Head Race Season. Qualifications to be an athlete in my group: 1) 1,000m erg (Submit 1k time) 2) Technical Ability and Competitiveness Evaluation: Determined by Coaching Staff We plan on attending the following Fall Head races: Oct 8- Head of the Port Oct 28- Head of the American Nov 11- Head of the Lagoon. Practice Calendar can be found here: Fall 2023 Masters Comp/Advanced Practice Calendar We will be offering a 3 Sessions per week option and a 4 Sessions per week option. The 3 sessions per week practice schedule will be Monday, Friday and Sunday. The 4 sessions per week will be Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.

Schedule	Please refer to the practice calendar. -- Three sessions per week practice schedule: Monday, Friday and Sunday, 5:30 -7:30-am (Varies during regatta weeks. -- Four sessions per week practice schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, 5:30 - 7:30am

Fee	Three sessions per week: $405- 27 sessions (does not include days we are loading and unloading the trailer for regattas). Four sessions per week: $480- 32 sessions (does not include days we are loading and unloading the trailer for regattas). Online registration only, via website Event Calendar (must log-in to register). All participants must be current members and have paid all regatta fees and membership dues prior to participating in the program.
